1. Terms of Service: Products and Services

1a. As a Bespoke tailoring service, we aim to provide all our customers with excellent craftsmanship and affordable unique style and products to suit their particular needs.

1b. No job is too small or too great that does not deserve our absolute attention to detail.

1c. We will provide you with the most up-to-date fabric but can also provide you with the classic ones to suit your style, garment choice and occasion perfectly.

1d. We provide the option for you to book an appointment to have your measurement taken to enable a perfect fit through our make to measure service.

1e. We offer a visiting tailor service, therefore if you can’t come to us the tailor will come to you.

1f. You have the option to download a measurement form from our website for use – all measurements are taken using centimetres (the metric system), this allows very accurate measurements to your figure and style.

2. Terms of service: Price and Payment

2a. Prices are quoted in UK pounds, Euros or US Dollars depending on your geographical location. You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted or is selected. If you do not hold and account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit or credit card (or any other method that LloydBP4 may introduce from time to time) and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.

2b. Payment may be required before the product is provided, and if not, payment is due from the moment the order is accepted. After you have submitted your order LloydBP4 may take and shall be entitled to receive such payment as is due in respect of the order.

2c. Payment may be made by credit or debit card (name types of accepted card providers) or any such method as LloydBP4 may introduce at its absolute discretion.

2d. LloydBP4 reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.

2e. 50% of the total price must be paid upfront.

2f. We aim to debit money from your account within three working days after receiving your order.

2g. You will not be charged for any orders that cannot be fulfilled and where appropriate LloydBP4 will refund to your account any sum deducted by LloydBP4.

2h. LloydBP4 cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available.

2i. To maximise security LloydBP4 does not hold any credit/debit card details. They are held by third party payment providers.

2j. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.

2k. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms.

3. Terms of service: Returns and Refund Policy.

3a. The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot refund an item we don’t receive.

3b. Returned items that have been adjusted to your additional specifications will be sent to the original ‘ship to’ address upon receipt of the original item at our shop at a delivery cost to you.

3c. Fitting for Bespoke items are done within our shop therefore we expect to provide you with excellent craftsmanship but if you are unhappy with your finished product and require alterations you will need to return to the shop in person with the item for re-fitting and alteration to your satisfaction.
